  1. We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or defective upon receipt. All sales are final for artwork and supplies. We take great pride in our products and are committed to ensuring their safe delivery to you. Each item will be packed with meticulous attention to detail and care, using quality packaging materials and endeavor to maintain the quality of our products from our store to your hands.
  2. Refunds will be issued only for faulty or damaged items and no due to change of mind. Refunds will be processed through store credit or replacement of the product, depending on the customer’s preference and product availability.
  3. For any refunds to a defective product, please drop us an email to hello@arttlings.com. We will follow up with instructions how to return/mail back the item to us. 
  4. Once the returned item is received, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed.
