Terms and conditions

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, kindly do so at least 24 hours before your session commences. The cancellation link is provided in your confirmation email, which you will receive after your booking.

Do take note that refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments within the 24-hour window leading up to the session. This policy is implemented to ensure fairness for all our clients. If you or your child are unable to attend your booked session, you’re welcome to arrange for someone else to take your place. Thank you for your kind understanding!

During our sessions (other than art therapy and therapeutic art), we may occasionally take photos and videos to share on social media.  If you’d prefer you or your child not to be included in any materials we share, please don’t hesitate to let us know! We completely understand and respect your privacy.
