Empowering Journeys

Customer testimonials on how
Catherine has helped them.

Through our work together, I've gained a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence in expressing my thoughts and emotions instead of suppressing them. Catherine's approach is both gentle yet empowering, making her an excellent mentor for anyone looking to grow personally and creatively.

Xiaoxin
35, Marketing Manager

I am immensely grateful for Catherine and the impact of art therapy on my healing journey. Under her guidance, I've experienced transformative shifts in perspective and newfound resilience. Working with art to express my emotions has been super helpful in gaining a clearer understanding of myself.

Working Professional, 44

Slowly, over a few sessions, I've learn to let go and trusted the process through art-making and gained a deeper understanding of myself. It's amazing how much my art pieces can tell me things about myself that I have never noticed and how Cath can pick them up and follow threads. It's still a journey but I am feeling better by the day. Thank you, Cath!

Business Owner, 35

I've noticed some positive changes in my child's behavior and emotional well-being ever since she started therapeutic art with Ms. Catherine. Her approach is clearly effective, and her nurturing demeanor has created a safe space for my child to explore her emotions. While progress in therapeutic art can be gradual, I'm confident with Ms. Catherine's guidance, she will continue to progress.
